This class is a gentle practice designed to increase strength and flexibility throughout the body.  As participants take advantage of the beauty of the gardens, they will focus on being in the present moment through breath and intention.  Perfect for those with a desire to move with ease while finding balance and serenity.  Participants will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for their day ahead.  Class taught by Nancy Enke, who has been teaching Yoga in Rockford for over a decade.  Participants should bring water and a mat or large towel to class.  Full six-week session runs May 14 to June 18, or register for individual dates.
