Discover the transformative, restorative and healing powers of nature on this 1.5 hour silent walking/sitting/walking meditation. A "Self-guide" booklet will be given to each participatn so that they may repeat the experience on their own at any time. 

Dress appropriately for whatever the weather brings. Bring insect protection-just in case. 

Registration is required, as the group size will be limited.
