Tea Ceremony with Sweets Making

Anderson Japanese Gardens' tea gathering on Sunday, February 18, will feature a lesson on making Japanese sweets (wagashi). Tea Ceremony and the wagashi workshop will be held indoors at the Guest House. To follow proper Tea Ceremony etiquette, participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony and to wear white socks. To protect the tatami mats, shoes are not allowed to be worn in the Tea or Guest House. Space is limited for all tea gatherings and reservations are required.
