This is a special tea ceremony performed by Professor Kimiko Gunji with wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets) handmade by Professor Gunji herself. The recipes are featured in her recently published wagashi book, which is available for purchase in the Anderson Japanese Gardens gift shop.
