This event is no longer on sale.

Sunday May 5

9:00 AM  –  12:00 PM

Shinrin Yoku (also sometime called Forest Bathing or Forest Therapy) provides participants the opportunity to slow down their minds and bodies and connect with the forest. The guide presents invitations and suggestions to participate in various activities designed to deepen connections with nature throughout the walk. The practice of Shinrin Yoku is proven to decrease blood pressure and cortisol levels and to also increase immunity and feelings of well-being. The walk moves slowly, covering less than a mile in three hours. Please dreass for the weather and natural environments.
