Deepen your connection with nature with a slow, guided walk that incorporates the gifts of time in the forest, such as increased wellness and creativity, with suggested activities that are designed to open your senses to the world around you. This program allows for time spent with the group and also time spent alone in nature. The walk ends with journaling and a simple forest tea created with the plants that grow in this bio-region. The walk moves slowly, covering less than a mile in three hours. Dress for the weather and natural environments.
