Join our calligraphy workshop instructed by a special guest artist, Seiran Chiba from Japan. This workshop offers a lecture and hands-on experience in “Shodo-the way of writing”, creating a beautiful writing of “JAKU” 寂 Tranquility.
She will also demonstrate her calligraphy on a hanging scroll.

About artist
Seiran Chiba is a Japanese calligrapher who lives in Fukushima, Japan. She has expressed her passion and energy though her large scale calligraphy at the gardens summer festivals and attracted many visitors every year.
